Important
All treatments included in the offer plus the extra package are performed together during one SPA visit, with no separation possible. You can buy treatments from the extra package for more people. On Fridays and Saturdays, there is a treatment room for two or two separate treatment rooms. That is why two people can have package treatments at the same time.

Breakfast served into the room is an extra chargeable service; PLN 70 per person plus room service charge of PLN 20; please place your order at least one day before the service is provided.
The hotel reserves the right to impose changes concerning using of the hotel infrastructure and board form. Such changes may be imposed suddenly. Differences in the offer resulting from the above information are not grounds for complaint.
It is required to pay the entire reservation value in advance on-line to make a reservation. In the case of cancellation or no-show on the arrival day, the paid deposit will not be refunded.

In order to make a reservation it is required the payment of 40% in advance via the online payment system. In case of cancellation or no-show in the facility on the day of arrival the payment is forfeited.
Children under 4 years spend the night free of charge, if they sleep in bed with their parents. Children over 12 years of age are considered full charge.
Pobyt psów na terenie hotelu wymaga akceptacji obłsugi hotelu, która odbywa się na etapie dokonywania rezerwacji pobytu. Za pobyt z psami obowiązuje dodatkowa opłata, która wynosi 100 zł za dobę.
